Reclaimed industrial landscape, yet to be reclaimed industrial landscape. Two different stages of post industrial times - The new Swansea Uni campus is where oil storage tanks used to be and resides on the edge of city with sand dunes and sea on one side, old and new industry on other. The right hand image is of the site of Britain's very first oil refinery. and although it was only removed 12 years back, it's hard to realise anything man made was ever there, let alone an enormous and very polluting oil refinery.
